ED can be attributed to hormonal decline (Low Testosterone), Neurogenic (diseases effecting the spinal cord, brain or nerves), Drug induced or simply the aging process. Risk factors include Diabetes, renal failure, vascular disease, and Hypertension.
Upon consultation you will be asked several questions regarding your medical history as well as lifestyle, and a physical exam. Diagnosis may involve blood tests but does not usually involve expensive procedures.
There are several treatment options for Erectile Dysfunction. These can include medications, injection, suppositories and/or Testosterone replacement therapies.
